Upon the conclusion of the Convent of the Grand Lodge of France, On June 19, 6023 G.I.S., the Regular Annual Assembly of the International Confederation of United Grand Lodges – ICUGL was held. Delegations from about 30 Obediences from all parts of the world were present, and from Europe, the following were present:

2. GRAND NATIONAL LODGE OF SERBIA
3. GRAND LODGE OF ITALY – SERENISSIMA;
4. GRAND GENERAL LODGE OF SPAIN;
5. GRAND LODGE OF THE CANARY ISLANDS;
6. GRAND LODGE OF THE CZECH LANDS;
7. GRAND UNITED LODGE OF LATVIA;
8. GRAND REGULAR LODGE OF SLOVENIA;
9. GRAND LODGE OF GEORGIA;
10. GRAND NATIONAL LODGE OF MOLDOVA;
11. GRAND LODGE OF PORTUGAL;
12. GRAND LODGE OF GREECE;
13. UNITED GRAND LODGE OF GREECE;
14. GRAND LODGE OF BULGARIA;
15. GRAND NATIONAL LODGE OF ROMANIA;
16. GRAND REGULAR LODGE OF CROATIA;
17. GRAND REGULAR LODGE OF NORTH MACEDONIA (OBSERVER).
The Assembly was held at the headquarters of the Confederation (the Temple of the Grand Lodge of France) starting at 10:00 a.m.
During the morning session of the agenda, the reports of the Secretary General of the International Confederation of United Grand Lodges, the Vice President of ICUGL for Europe, Africa, and the Americas, and the Delegate for Asia were reviewed and adopted. In addition, minor amendments and additions to the new ICUGL Statute were adopted. The treasurer’s report and the budget plan for the year 6023 were then considered and approved. The next item on the agenda was the monitoring report regarding the admission of the Grand Regular Lodge of Croatia and the Grand Federal Lodge of Argentina to full membership in the ICUGL. In accordance with the decision of the ICUGL Assembly, held on June 20, 6022, in Anesi, the reporter on the readiness of the Grand Regular Lodge of Croatia to be admitted to the ICUGL was the Grand National Lodge of Serbia. In its monitoring report, the rapporteur, the VNS, stated that it proposes to the Commission for Adhesion and the ICUGL Assembly that the Grand Regular Lodge of Croatia be admitted to the membership of the International Confederation of United Grand Lodges. The proposal was accepted by a unanimous decision of the ICUGL Assembly.
At the end of the session, the ICUGL Assembly approved a Masonic research project concerning the intellectual and spiritual connection of the builders of sacred buildings in the areas of architecture, object geometry, applied symbolism, Christian mysticism, etc. The project proposal was submitted by the Grand Lodge of the Czech Lands, which stated in its proposal that the part of the project concerning Orthodox churches would be entrusted to researchers from VNLS.
