On Saturday, May 20, 6023, a Ritual Work of the 1st Degree was held at the Orient of Belgrade, in which the Venerable Lodges “Pobratim” from the Orient of Belgrade (Grand National Lodge of Serbia), “Baron Jurij Vega” from the Belgrade Orient (Grand National Lodge of Serbia), “Baron Jurij Vega” from the Ljubljana Orient (Grand Regular Lodge of Slovenia), and “Ivo Andrić” from the Zagreb Orient (Grand Regular Lodge of Croatia) signed a Brotherhood Charter. At the same Work, the “Sloboda” Lodge from the Belgrade Orient (Grand National Lodge of Serbia) , “Mihajlo Pupin” from the Orient of Belgrade (Grand National Lodge of Serbia) and “Patrimonium” from the Orient of Timişoara (Grand National Lodge of Romania).
The fraternity ceremony was held at the Aero Club, which was temporarily transformed into a Masonic Temple for the occasion. The work was presided over by the Grand Master of the VNLS, Brother Bratislav Uraković, who presented the Charters to the Worthy Masters of the fraternized lodges, congratulated and thanked them for their contribution to strengthening the Masonic Fraternity in this part of Europe, with the goal of continuously working on what brings people closer for the benefit of their countries. The ceremony was attended by the Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of France, Fr. Thierry Zaveroni, and the Grand Chancellor of the Grand Lodge of France, Fr. Alain Gravillon. After the presentation of the Charters of Fraternity, a White Table was held, attended by a large number of Brothers and guests from Serbia, France, Montenegro, Romania, Slovenia, and Croatia.
